I was appointed Head Teacher of Denton CE School in September 2007 and became Executive Head of the Denton and Harlaxton Federation in September 2011. I have two children who have both attended Denton School and now attend a local Secondary School.
In 2015 I was designated a National Leader in Education and Denton CE School became a National Support School. I am very privileged to have the opportunity to work with other schools in the local area and further afield to help them with their goals. For all the work we do in other schools, I often feel that our schools benefit more from the fantastic ideas and methods we bring back with us.
I am also a Director of The Lincoln Diocesan Board of Education, a role which allows me to contribute towards the strategic direction of church schools within the county.
